A specially arranged get together event for orchard lot owners to know each other better. This Owners' Day is a monthly event and it will fall on every first sunday of the month featuring talks by consultants from various fields.

Also, This is a good opportunity to share our thoughts and experiences with other orchard lot owners and at the same time, rekindle fond memories by riding around or perhaps, get some tips on horse riding. Please RSVP your

Since the last family day gathering in July this year and with the efforts put in by our team of dedicated staff, the orchard resort has become more conducive than before and more excitingly is, some of the fruits trees at phase 1 have started to bear fruits.

As of to date, there are more than 10 owners who have appointed MIB Construction Sdn Bhd to build their dream homes. And so far, building plans for these bungalows have been submitted to the local authority and you will notice a Thai orchard suite is being built for one of the owners at phase 1 who have obtained approval recently and soon, there will be another 9 more resort bungalows built for other owners.
